Jennifer Iserloh

Co-founder/ Lead Copywriter

Jennifer Iserloh is a classically trained chef, certified health coach, and nationally recognized healthy living expert with over two decades of experience writing award-winning books and creating multi-platform content. Her work translating nutrition science into practical advice has reached millions through collaborating on 20+ books, 1000s of recipes, and dozens of media appearances.

Jennifer's career began in the culinary world, where she trained at the Institute for Culinary Education. She quickly made a name for herself, contributing recipes and health content to leading brands like SELF Magazine, Prevention, Yoga Journal and Parents Magazine. Her unique talent for making healthy food accessible and delicious caught the attention of major publishers and celebrity authors.

She worked on the New York Times best-seller "Deceptively Delicious" with Jessica Seinfield, revolutionizing the way parents think about feeding their families. The book's success led to a collaboration with Seinfield on "Double Delicious".

Jennifer's early interest in food as medicine led her to collaborate with Today Show nutrition expert Joy Bauer on the best-selling "Food Cures", which explored the power of nutrition to manage common health conditions.

As a pioneer in the digital space, Jennifer became one of the first food bloggers to gain a large following with a mailing list of 100K. Her growing online presence quickly led to national media opportunities, with over 50 television appearances on shows such as The Today Show, Fox News, and The Montel Williams Show, as well as other television outlets.

Over her publishing career, Jennifer has authored and contributed to more than twenty titles spanning healthy cooking, superfoods, ayurveda, special diets, and mind-body well-being. Her books have topped Amazon best-seller lists, been positively reviewed by the Today Show and Good Morning America, and twice landed on the USA Today best-seller list.

However, at the height of her success helping others live healthier, Jennifer's own well-being took an unexpected turn. In her mid-40s, she found herself struggling with debilitating fatigue, digestive problems, thyroid imbalance, and pain that conventional doctors couldn't explain. She was told her test results were "normal" even as her symptoms made it a struggle to get through each day.

It was during this time that she crossed paths with Dr. Tara Scott, a pioneering practitioner of functional and integrative medicine. Through working with Dr. Scott, Jennifer discovered a root-cause approach to the hormone, digestive, and immune imbalances at the heart of her health crisis, one not offered by the traditional medical model.

This personal transformation ignited a new chapter in Jennifer's mission. She dove into learning about functional nutrition and holistic health coaching. Her first book in this space, "50 Shades of Kale" written with integrative psychiatrist Dr. Drew Ramsey, became a best-seller and showcased the power of food as medicine for the brain and body.

Jennifer went on to write recipes and meal plans for "The Gut Balance Revolution" with Dr. Gerard Mullin, integrative gastroenterologist at Johns Hopkins, which explores the cutting-edge science of the microbiome and digestive health. Her most recent book, Superfood Alchemy, brings together the latest in nutrition science, plant-based cooking, and ancient healing traditions to create an accessible, empowering plan for women to restore balance and vitality at any age.

Today, as the lead copywriter and co-founder at Big Boost Marketing, Jennifer continues her purpose in an expanded way. Teaming up with her husband and lead strategist, Dr. Ulrich Iserloh, she helps bridge the enormous education gap for patients seeking real solutions. Jennifer continues to collaborate with visionary practitioners like Dr. Tara Scott to serve as the crucial interface between doctors and the patients who need them most. Through her writing and strategy work, she helps translate complex medical expertise into clear, compassionate communication that struggling women can understand and act upon.

Whether through ebooks, courses, ads, email nurture sequences, or full marketing campaigns, Jennifer’s focus is always on helping prospective patients feel seen, nurtured, and motivated, so they can take the next step in their healing journey and become their own best health advocates.

With her unique fusion of culinary expertise, publishing experience, and hard-won personal insight, Jennifer brings a fresh and needed perspective to the much needed conversation around women’s health – one that refuses to accept “you’re fine” when you’re anything but.
