015: Unleashing High-Performance With Matt Clark

Matt spent over 15 years in NASCAR building high performance pit crews for championship drivers like Jeff Gordon, Jimmy Johnson, and others – in the course winning five NASCAR championships, over 70 race wins and being crowned NASCAR Pit Crew Challenge champion. 

After retiring from active NASCAR duty, he's now sharing his unique insights, experiences, and lessons that were forged at the highest level of competition, particularly when it comes to the power of communicating effectively, building the right team culture and executing strategy.
